At Springkell we pride ourselves on our extensive wedding breakfast menu and the talented chefs we are so lucky to have🧑‍🍳   On arrival, your guests will be welcomed with a variety of canapés such as smoked salmon and crème fraiche blini, carpaccio of beef & horseradish and berry compote and redcurrant on brioche crostini.   As well as delicious starters, many couples opt for a sorbet course to cleanse the palate - our favourite is champagne sorbet 🍾 Moving onto the main, ignite your taste buds with dishes such as confit of duck leg with dauphinoise potatoes & redcurrant jus, herb crust baked cod loin with saffron mash & tarragon cream, and grilled sea bass fillet with sautéed potatoes, roast vegetable ratatouille & herb oil. All mains are accompanied by a panache of seasonal vegetables. We also have a selection of vegetarian main courses and we have a children’s menu.   And finally, to end your wedding feast, we have a large selection of indulgent desserts.
